FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device includes housing with a pack of plates of both signs, which is separated from the rest ones with ferroelectric material layer and made from bipole electret, for example polytetrafluoroethylene, polyethyleneterephthalate, polycarbonate, calcium titanate, glass, glass ceramics, etc. As ferroelectric material layer there used is stabilised monocrystal ferroelectric material, for example barium titanate, polyvinylidene fluoride, triglycine sulphate, seignette salt, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, lithium niobate, ammonium fluoroberyllate, etc. In the pack of plates where at least one elementary cell consists of one electret and two metal plates, all the layers are maximum adjacent to each other and arranged in the following sequence: metal plate - ferroelectric material - electret - ferroelectric material - metal plate. If the pack consists of more than one elementary cell, each next cell adjoins the previous one with similar charges of metal plates.

EFFECT: invention provides utilisation of internal energy of the used substance.
