FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: in multi-layered structure the thin-film layers 1, 2, 3 300 nm thick of polycrystalline ferroelectric relaxors are made on substrate 4 from ferroelectric ceramic electret material. Electric potential of substrate 4 is the source of shifting electric field which shifts ion subarrays of material in layers 1, 2, 3, which leads to induction of polarised condition in the area of degraded phase transition of each layer. When heat radiation falls to upper electrode 5, temperature of each layer changes and pyroelectric current occurs.
EFFECT: improving signal-noise ratio.
