FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: digital-to-analogue converter (DAC) has a register, a block of pulsed amplifiers, a photodetector and an operational amplifier. The device includes a piezoelectric transducer (RT), having an opaque case in which there is a white radiation micro-light-emitting diode with a microlens on the radiating side and from the first to the eighth semitransparent micro-mirrors arranged one after the other on the optical axis of the microlens, and having on the number of micromirrors from the first to the eighth micro-piezoelectric elements whose first butt-ends are rigidly attached to the case of the piezoelectric transducer, and second free butt-ends connected to the semitransparent micromirrors accordingly. Inputs of the micro-piezoelectric elements are the control inputs of the piezoelectric transducer and are connected to corresponding outputs of the block of pulsed amplifiers. The photodetector of the DAC is on the output opening of the case of the piezoelectric transducer with the entrance pupil on the side of radiation reflected by the semitransparent micromirrors.
EFFECT: lower power consumption of the DAC and its miniaturisation.
