FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: digital-to-analogue converter (DAC) can be used to convert codes into analogue signals. The DAC has a register, a block of pulsed amplifiers, a photodetector and an operational amplifier. The DAC includes a piezoelectric transducer, having an opaque case on the first face of which there is a white radiation micro-light-emitting diode with a microlens on the radiating side. Inside the case there are from the first to the eighth neutral micro-optical filters arranged one after the other on the optical axis of the microlens, each having the corresponding coefficient of absorption, from the first to the eighth micro-piezoelectric elements, the first ends of which are rigidly attached to the case and the second free ends are connected to their neutral micro-optical filters accordingly. Inputs of the micro-piezoelectric elements are the control inputs of the piezoelectric transducer and are connected to corresponding outputs of the block of pulsed amplifiers. In the second face of the case there a photodetector with the input window on the radiation side, and its optical axis lies on the optical axis of the microlens.
EFFECT: lower power consumption of the DAC and its miniaturisation.
