SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, in particular to urology, and can be used in surgical treatment of strictures and obliteration of urethra. The method consists in the excision of urethra fibro-altered part, comparing it to its resected ends on the catheter. At that bulbo-cavernous muscles are dissected longitudinally to the urethra and are delaminated from the latter. Resected ends of urethra are kept in correlated position on the catheter. Two-component fibrin glue "Tissukol Kit" is layed on the line of anastomosis with a layer thickness of not more than 1 mm, a width of 10 mm and after its complete polymerisation, via "V"-shaped electrode fixed to the urethra on both sides of anastomosis line the sharp end of the electrode is deduced to skin surface. The active electrode is connected to it, and the passive electrode is placed under the sacrum. Then electrical stimulation is carried out by alternating sinusoidal current without a constant component, with frequency of 10-12 Hz, at a current of 5-50 microamperes, during 7 minutes daily for 7 days.

EFFECT: use of this invention can reduce the number of postoperative complications and recurrence, completely eliminate ischemia tissue in anastomosis zone, achieve complete hemostasis and hermiticity along suture-lines.
