METHOD FOR TREATMENT OF RECURRENT STRICTURES OF BULBOUS URETHRA IN MEN Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61B17/00

Abstract RU 2710217 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to urology, and can be used for surgical management of recurrent strictures of bulbous urethra. To treat recurrent pulmonary urethra stricture, the men undergo a stricture excision within the healthy tissues, spatulation the urethral ends (edges), apply the nodal sutures on the urethra to form an end-to-end anastomosis, restore the spongiform urethral body. After the spongy urethral body is recovered, 4 ml of thrombocyte-enriched autoplasma is fractionally administered into it, wherein 0.2 ml of thrombocyte-enriched autoplasma is introduced into ten points equidistant from each other along the perimeter of the anastomosis, retreating 0.1 cm from seam line. Then along anastomosis perimeter in staggered order in relation to previous points of plasma introduction, deviating by 0.5 cm from anastomosis line, 0.2 ml of thrombocyte-enriched autoplasma is introduced into ten points equidistant from each other. A 5 ml syringe and an insulin needle can be used for administering the autoplasma.

EFFECT: invention provides preventing recurrent urethral strictures by preventing recurrent spongiofibrosis and stimulating regeneration, angiogenesis simultaneously in the urethra and its spongy body by uniform distribution of thrombocyte-enriched autoplasma, both in the anastomosis area up to the urethral mucosa, and in the spongiform urethra.
