SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology. The result is achieved by repositioning and stable fixation of bone fragments using compression distraction apparatus. Spokes locking fragments of intercondylar eminence are inserted into it in cantilever fashion at an angle to each other through symmetrically located areas of anterolateral surfaces of proximal part of tibia with cross in a fixed fragment.

EFFECT: method is aimed at restoring the integrity of the upper third of the tibial at intercondylar eminence fractures and early stress on joint.
