FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves creating diastasis of bone fragments. Available rotational malalignments and linear displacements are sequentially removed. The bone fragments are brought in engagement making juxtaposition along germination zone line. The distal tibial epimetaphysis is fixed with wires set in parallel distal and proximal with respect to the germination zone.
EFFECT: reduced germ cartilage injury risk.
