VENOUS FLOW STIMULATOR Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC A61H9/00 B64D10/00 B64G6/00

Abstract RU 2391086 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to devices for prevention and elimination of harmful impact of weightlessness and aerodynamic overloads on brain blood circulation in people. Venous flow stimulator contains multi-chamber compression cuff whose cambers are connected with source of baro-impact by means of system of periodic intermittent pressure supply, as well as mechanism for pressure regulation and control microprocessor. Multi-chamber compression cuff is made with possibility of application on cervical region and contains sensor of automatic switching on source of baro-impact in case of sudden increase of gravitational overloads and sensor of respiration rhythm electrically connected with control microprocessor. Mechanism for pressure regulation contains buttons for manual changing rhythms of intermittent pressure supply in compression cuff chambers by user's subjective sensations.

EFFECT: application of invention restores natural in land conditions direction of venous blood outflow from head and in neck veins.
