FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to production of parts from composite material with fibrous reinforcement and polymer matrix using polymer injection moulding method. Proposed method comprises the following stages of preparing fibrous structure intended for reinforcing produced part. Fibrous structure is places into mould wherein at least one wall is formed by flexible membrane. Then resin selected from phenol and furan resins in injected into said mould, resin volatile substances mass content being less than 25% and resin temperature allowing resin viscosity to vary from 0.1 Pa·s to 0.3 Pa·s. Now, resin is polymerised in said mould fitted in housing with gradually increasing temperature. Note here that polymerisation stage comprises initial stage whereat temperature is kept equal to first value and vacuum is established in said mould to remove released volatile substances. At final polymerisation stage, pressure inside housing is increased, while temperature is gradually increased from first value to final polymerisation temperature to complete polymerization to produce the part from composite material with residual bulk porosity making less than 11%.
EFFECT: development of production process allowing manufacture of thick parts from composite material with reinforcing fiber and polymer matrix with lower porosity in one-stage process.
