FIELD: production processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to manufacturing method of large-sized thick-walled composite polymeric parts. Method consists in manufacture of composite polymeric parts reinforced with fibres with binding matrix of two individual interpenetrating phases. At that, workpiece pre-manufactured from prepreg with increased content of volatile matter and polymerised so that open microporous structure is formed is put to vacuum pressure-resistant metal mould. Then workpiece is vacuumised in the mould; the latter is filled under suction by injecting treatment compound. After that excess pressure is applied, at that, micropores of workpiece are filled with treatment compound, and polymerisation is performed. The above workpiece pre-manufactured from prepreg and located in metal mould can also be placed in tight vacuum pressure resistant metal container and the above operations can be performed in this container.
EFFECT: manufacturing large-sized thick-walled composite parts with low level of residual internal stresses and with high structural strength and impact resistance, as well as with high dielectric characteristics, heat resistance and thermal stability.
