FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: procedure for fabrication of a work piece consists in determination of circular space with the first and second laps defining correspondingly internal and external circumferences of said space. Further, fibres are arranged between canvases by arranging fibres in circular space at least in one direction; said fibres are attached to canvases by stitching. Further, there is made a linking circular seam next to internal circumference of circular space and there is cut out and separated from canvases a fibrous layer formed in this way in circular space. The procedure for fabrication of an reinforcing element consists in forming a work piece with at least two alternating fibrous layers. Also, the second layer is fabricated by superposition of a layer of fibres oriented perpendicular to fibres of the first layer on the first layer, the shape of which is maintained on a spherical device. The procedure for fabrication of a power part consists in making a fibrous reinforcing element. The reinforcing element is placed into a mould whereto there is injected thermo-reactive resin under pressure; further, resin is polymerised by thermal treatment. The procedure for fabrication of flexible support, formed of a laminar structure containing multitude of rigid power parts alternating with layers of flexible-deformed material, consists in making multitude of fibrous reinforcing elements of increasing dimensions. Also, the procedure includes arrangement of reinforcing elements one in another by means of pads located between neighbour power parts; the said pads define thickness of layers of flexible-deformed material. Further, thermo-reactive resin is injected under pressure into reinforcing elements and is heat treated for polymerisation of resin in each reinforcing element to form multitude of rigid composite power parts. Pads are removed and elastic material is injected or poured into space between rigid power parts to form layers of elastic material between them. The procedure for fabrication of a composite part of an engine case kind consists in forming fibrous reinforcing element consisting of at least one fibrous layer. The said layer is formed of fibres oriented in two different directions.
EFFECT: improved resistance of part to mechanical loads.
