FIELD: transportation, distribution of fluids.

SUBSTANCE: proposed cover comprises cover casing connected with control-indicator cap. Cover casing has top wall, first skirt passing from top wall, metering hole arranged in top wall and holding space running radially outside from first skirt. Said holding space has first inner wall formed by first skirt section, outer wall arranged at a distance from inner wall, first lateral wall passing between inner and outer walls on one end of holding space, and second lateral wall passing between outer and inner walls on opposite end of holding space. Cover casing comprises first holding ledge passing into holding space from first lateral wall and second holding ledge passing into holding space from second lateral wall. Main casing of control-indicator cap interacts with cover casing top wall in moving between closed position wherein said cap shut off metering hole and opened position wherein metering hole is not shut off. Control-indicator ledge passes from main casing to be received by holding space when control-indicator cap is closed. Control-indicator ledge comprises first holding hook arranged on one end of said ledge to interact with first holding ledge when control-indicator cap is closed, and second holding hook arranged on opposite end of said ledge to interact with second holding ledge when control-indicator cap is closed, and at least one collapsible connecting element connecting control-indicator ledge with main casing so that at least one collapsible element is collapsed when control-indicator cap moves from its closed position into opened position. Which is why control-indicator ledge is permanently held in holding space when its if disconnected from control-indicator cap.
