FIELD: packing and storage.

SUBSTANCE: cap for container comprises a retaining ring configured to be connected to the neck of the container and extending around axis (Z), closing element for opening or closing an opening limited by the neck of the container, hinged structure located between closing element and retaining ring to provide possibility of closing element rotation relative to retaining ring. Retaining ring and the closing element are separated by a dividing line extending outside the hinge structure. Hinged structure comprises at least one connecting strip, which connects the closing element with the retaining ring and is formed inside the recess, made in the side wall of the cap. Sidewall extends around said axis (Z). Closing element has a transverse wall passing in a transverse manner relative to the axis (Z) and intended for closing the hole. Recess extends to the transverse wall.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides for simplification of cap removal from injection mold.
