FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: dispensing bottle cap 10 for bottles with products of liquid or viscous consistency comprises a housing (20) made with the ability to be mounted on the bottle and comprising a feeding cavity (13) and an upper element (30) made with the ability to move relative the housing between an inactive configuration, in which the dispensing opening (35) for the product is closed, and an active configuration in which this dispensing opening (35) is open to the outer side and communicates with the feeding cavity (13). The cap has a side wall which is preferably cylindrical and is formed by the housing 20, and in the said inactive configuration, the upper wall is entirely consists of an upper wall of the upper part 30. This cylindrical housing and this upper part have additionally partially spherical surfaces made with the ability to slide relative to each other and connected with additional retaining and guiding elements, which remain invisible due to this upper part at each of its active and inactive configurations. The dispensing opening 35 is located on one of the sliding surfaces.

EFFECT: according to the invention the cap ensures good seal between the inner part and the outer part of the bottle, liquid- or air-impermeable, and has a reliable mechanical control.
