FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: control method of fuel supply in internal combustion engine involves opening of control valve of atomiser, fuel supply through the throttle to cavity above locking elements of spraying device. In the first variable cavity of the final volume there created is negative pressure according to one and the same preset sequence with one and the same volume change pitch. The first variable cavity of final volume, control cavity above control valve and control cavities above shutoff elements are in-series connected, and control valve is opened. Pressure is created in the first variable cavity of final volume and control cavity above control valve at fuel tripping, and control valve is closed. Fuel is supplied under pressure through control cavity of control valve from the first variable cavity of final volume to the second cavity of final volume. Fuel supply control device includes hydroelectric operated atomiser. In addition, the device is equipped with fuel supply control unit consisting of the shaped cam to hydroelectric operated atomiser with the sequence at least of one injection cycle, platform with a copying template installed on it and interacted with shaped cam, and plunger interacting with hydraulic cylinder installed at the bottom with a hole and hydraulically connected to atomiser and its control cavity above control valve, spring installed between platform and bottom, additional low pressure accumulator with pressure control valve connected at the inlet to control cavity above control valve of atomiser, and at the outlet - to fuel high pressure pump. Control valve of low pressure hydraulic accumulator pressure is electrically connected to electronic control unit. The second version of fuel supply control device includes atomiser soldered with locking elements without springs and with control valve without spring.
EFFECT: improving fuel supply dynamics and increasing indicated efficiency, improving reliability and reducing the cost of fuel supply equipment.
