FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: fuel supply control system in internal combustion engine includes the injector which is hydraulic controlled. Locking elements are made coaxially without hydro-insulation of holes of various levels or with their hydro-insulation. In this case, in sprayer there made are annular grooves between holes of various levels interacting with annular protrusions of the appropriate locking elements; system is also equipped at least with two independent units of external fuel supply control, each of which consists of the first and the second plungers installed on the platform, and the first and the second hydraulic cylinders. Spring is installed between platform and base; system is also equipped at least with two control hydraulic distributors having the possibility of axial linear movement of spool-type valves of hydraulic distributors, which are connected to control solenoids or piezoelectric drive. External control units of fuel supply are connected through controlled hydraulic distributors to injector. Operating method of fuel supply control system in internal combustion engine consists in the fact that fuel is supplied under pressure at cut-off at least through two independent chambers of independent controlled valves to the additional, at least one external cavity of final changed volume; at least two independent control valves are closed; pressures is supplied simultaneously or at different time at least to two locking elements from above; fuel is cut-off; time of filling of the final changed volume is changed at different time or simultaneously at least in two independent external cavities of changed final volume, in which negative pressure was created at injection, as well as at least in two independent cavities of changed final volume, in which pressure was created during injection.
EFFECT: invention allows supplying the fuel as per rectangular laws at sharp edge of pressure increase and drop at injection and at maximum injection pressure, at uniform fuel spraying and its supply through a big number of holes with injector with two holes.
