FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device allows feeding fuel by square laws with steep pressure rise and fall fronts in injection and at maximum injection pressure, as well as in uniform fuel spraying and feeding via large number of orifices by nozzles with two orifices. Device incorporates fluid-controlled nozzle with locking elements and control valves with no spring-load-drives. Independent control valves are arranged in separate control chambers with two independent intermediate control chambers, each being communicated, via throttling channels, with high-pressure hydraulic accumulators and aforesaid control valve control chambers. Two independent control chambers arranged above two locking elements communicate with independent intermediate control chambers and two independent fuel feed programmable control units each consisting of at least one shaped cam per one nozzle with program for at least one injection cycle, plunger and master cam, all arranged in the platform. Said master cam interacts with shaped cam, hydraulic cylinder arranged on the base with hole and spring arranged between aforesaid platform and base. Note here that fuel feed control unit communicates with the nozzle, while the device comprises low-pressure accumulator with pressure control valve. The latter communicates with two independent chambers of the nozzle control valves and with HP fuel pump inlet and electronic control unit.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, reduced fuel consumption for control purposes.
