FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: two rows of endless rings (8) are installed parallel to each other in slot of multitude of members (1) in drive belt V. Members (1) are circularly engaged so, that the slot opens to external peripheral side. Member (1) consists of guiding surface (9b) formed on end surface (9a) of projecting part (9) to hold ring (8) for preventing disconnection of ring (8) from slot (7). Guiding surface (9b) generates component of pushing force directed inward and pushing one of rings (8) to one of end surfaces (9a). Generated component of pushing force directed inward is applied to external side (8c) of a pushed ring.
EFFECT: upgraded reliability of drive belt and increased efficiency of drive belt assembly.
