SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a drive belt. Drive belt includes a holder and multiple elements connected together by a holder in a loop. Each element has a space for installation, in which one edge section of the cartridge is inserted during assembly. Each element is made so that the first width of the recess, which is the distance between the first hook and the second hook, is less than the width of the cartridge, and the second width of the recess, which is the distance between the second hook and the contact point, where one edge section of holder located in space for installation, contacts with first post, more than width of holder. First hook and the second hook respectively include the first displacement limit surface and the second displacement limit surface, each of which is configured to limit relative displacement between the element and the cartridge, in contact with the corresponding one of the holder edges.
EFFECT: higher reliability of belt transmission.
