The sensor has a sensitive element which has a membrane with an additional mass and a probe, as well as an enhanced signal processing system and three data outputs.

EFFECT: high sensitivity and resolving power of the sensor when measuring acceleration and determination of physical and mechanical parametres of the medium, adaptivity of the diagnosis system based on the sensor to the level and to the spectrum of the input acoustic signal or to the acceleration value.
