Output of galvanic decoupling unit is connected with the first input of interface unit. Output of autonomous power supply is connected with the second inputs of amplifier, filter and galvanic decoupling unit. The second input of interface unit and the third input of galvanic decoupling unit are connected with output of power supply unit of microcomputer. The first input of time-pulse modulator is connected to output of the filter, the second its input is connected to output of autonomous power supply, and its output is connected to the first input of galvanic decoupling unit.
