FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to woody and agricultural engineering, and namely to tillage tools for soil treatment on not uprooted cutover patches and other objects with obstacles. Invention consists of body frame firmly fixed on the framework with rod arranged in it and operating device mounted on the tag end of rod. There are spring balls fixed inside cylindrical body with possibility of rod moving over them inside the body. Spring is arranged inside the rod so that its one end leans against rod side while the other end leans against top cover equipped with damper.
EFFECT: simplifying construction; higher reliability and effectiveness of the device.
