FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and can be used for obtaining high-quality supplement (BAS), BAS for food with antioxidant properties represented by powder of dehusking red rice. The powder is obtained by kibbling red rice and mincing it in fine helix-rotating film of 0.1-1.0 mm at pulsing pressure gradient of 10-30 MPa and temperature of 25-30°C.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain end product with high antioxidant properties.
