SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optics, psychology, psychophysiology, human ecology, geo-ecology, training aids and can be used in cartography, topology, geography, geodesy and in some other fields where images with isolines of parametres or aero and space stereoscopic photographs. A map image is selected, duplicated at least twice and arranged in a horizontal row at a distance L0. Isolines of the same parametre are selected on the images and the isolines are then arranged at a distance L0±Δli, where Δli is the offset value of the isolines. Further, a vision system is trained in superposition mode, first to see the depth of a parametre isoline while concentrating view outside the image plane and then visually perceive similar depth on the map image.

EFFECT: method enables to break down three-dimensional visual perception into plane topo- or cartographic images.
