METHOD FOR DETERMINING DEGREE OF ADAPTATION OF OPTIC SYSTEM OF A HUMAN Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC G02B27/22 A61B3/08

Abstract RU 2321034 C2

FIELD: tool-making industry.

SUBSTANCE: method for determining degree of adaptation of a human optic system in modern informational and computerized environment includes influencing the human optic system with flat images applied onto flat carrier, where firstly a spatial object is selected, applied to flat carrier, optical system is influenced and first sensation of depth of image applied to flat carrier is determined, then 2D - projections of selected object are constructed with horizontal displacement of observation point from 0 to 6 centimeters, the projections are positioned along a horizontal line, conditions are created for superposition of adjacent projections by concentration of sight on the object positioned between the carrier with projections and eyes, sensations of depth of adjacent projections are determined, resulting depth sensations are compared, second sensation of depth of images, closest to the first one, is determined, and degree of adaptation of human optical system is estimated.

EFFECT: possibility to determine degree of adaptation of human optical system to influence of two-dimensional images in modern informational and computerized environment and level of perception of aforementioned environment.
