METHOD OF SURGICAL TREATMENT OF POSTOPERATIONAL ANAL STRICTURES Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC A61B17/00 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to rectum surgery, and can be applied in surgical treatment of post-operational strictures of anal canal. Method lies in dissection of stricture, anal canal plasty with mucous flap. Separation of mucosa in form of trapezoid with base in rectum depth equal 3-4 cm and top near the edge of stricturotomy wound. Lateral walls of trapezoidal flap are formed by dissection of tissues in direction of trapezoid base to the depth 4-5 cm in order to give the flap mobility. After that folds of mucosa are smoothed, flap is moved 0.5-1.0 cm lower than anus edge, fixed to perianal skin with two-three interrupted sutures and at 6 o'clock 3 cm from anus edge aperient linear cut of skin perpendiculat to Langer lines with length 2 times exceeding top of trapezoidal flap, constituting in average 3-5 cm.

EFFECT: application of claimed invention allows to eliminate narrowing to anal canal completely and prevent disease reoccurrence.
