FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing rectum extirpation. Superior regions of colon are mobilized and brought down into the perineum wound. S-shaped colonic reservoir is created. A graft with pedicle is cut from discharging end of the reservoir by applying spiral- shaped incision. Smooth muscle sphincter is created. The aboral part is sutured to perineal skin boundary. EFFECT: enhanced functional results.
