FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention belongs to medicine, notably to dermatology and can be used for treatment in patients with psoriasis. The method includes 20 injection of 10 ml 30% solution of sodium thiosulfate, 2 ml 5% solution of piridoxin - intramuscular injections every other day; 10 injections, 2 ml 6% solution of thiamine - intramuscular injection every other day, 10 injections; cyanocobalamine - 500 mcg, intramuscular injection every other day, 10 injections. Intravenous infusion of sodium chloride, 0.9% solution 400 ml every other day, 3-5 infusions. Additionally must be applied indifferent and keratolityc ointments. In case of increased ratio CD4+/CD8+, and with immunographic indications additionally must be administered jodantipiryn tablets, 100 mg 2 times a day during 25-30 days.
EFFECT: method increases treatment effectiveness.
