METHOD FOR PREDICTING THE TRANSITION OF THE MEDIUM-HEAVY COURSE OF THE NUMMULAR MICROBIAL ECZEMA INTO THE SEVERE COURSE Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC G01N33/53

Abstract RU 2702236 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dermatology and clinical laboratory diagnostics, and can be used for prediction of transition of medium-severe clinical course to severe clinical course in patients with nummular microbial eczema. For this purpose prior to the beginning of therapy in patient's venous blood, T-lymphocyte levels – helpers and cytotoxic T-lymphocytes are determined, and if their values are 0.7×109/l and lower and 0.5×109/l and lower, the probability of medium-to-severe clinical course of nummular microbial eczema in severe course is predicted.

EFFECT: use of the invention improves the accuracy of diagnosing the disease by obtaining the criteria for the prediction of the transition of the moderate-moderate clinical course of the cumulative microbial eczema to the severe course, simplifies the study.
