FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention belongs to medicine, notably to anaesthesiology and can be used when xenon anaesthesia is needed for operative treatment in oncologic patient. For xenon anaesthesia premedication, initial narcosis and intubation are made. During 30 minutes within inhalation of sevoflurane denitrogenation in semi-opened circuit is performed. When denitrogination is over sevoflurane inhalation is stopped and breathing circuit with pure oxygen is ventilated. Organism is saturated with xenon up to the state of stable equilibrium at Xe/O2 ratio 70:30.

EFFECT: method provides reliable rate of anaesthetic protection within reducing of anaesthesia complications in mentioned patients due to better denitrogenation of tissues and termination of nitrogen accumulation in breathing circuit; method also reduces xenon debit and shortens surgery delay.
