FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to anaesthesiology, and can be used in various types of surgical interventions in patients with high anaesthesia risk. That is ensured by pre-medication of hydroxyzine hydrochloride and diazepam. Induction is carried out by administering propofol, fentanyl and rocuronium. As maintenance of anaesthesia, xenon is used in concentration of 44–50 % and constant intravenous infusion of fentanyl, maintaining a bispectral index within 40–60. As an additional anaesthesia, continuous intravenous microfluid introduction of fentanyl in dose of 2–8 mcg/kg/h is used.
EFFECT: method provides adequate general combined anaesthesia along the closed contour in the patients of high anaesthesiological risk, as well as stable haemodynamics and effective anaesthesiological protection and fast recovery after anaesthesia by maintaining constant concentration of xenon while reducing the risk of repeated denitrogenation.
