FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the devices for acousticchemistry treatment of water true and colloid solutions, suspensions and emulsions also containing solutions as dispersion environment. Invention can be used in food pharmaceutical and chemical industries including usage as alternative hydrodynamic cavity device. The cell contains ultrasound source of sound absorber limiting the volume of ultrasound wave in the reactor liquid in the direction perpendicular to its front and is used for energy transformation of elastic liquid vibrations on the arising cavity occurrence in it. Sound absorber is made of solid wave guide of corrosion resistant metal with preset size ratio according to the beam of absorbed acoustic wave to its period.
EFFECT: proposed acoustic cell provides high efficiency of cavity effect at saving of invariance according to physical properties of treated liquids of the treatment results and without additional expenditures of the energy on it.
