FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metal processing by pressure, particularly to methods of moulding of hollow parts with pipe bends out of pipe stock. Method involves pipe stock moulding by power application to the end surfaces simultaneously with application internal filler pressure and underthrust of moulded pipe bend by puncheon with rotation of pipe bend bearing surface during moulding, while maintaining constant cross-section of the pipe bend. Pipe bend underthurst is performed by puncheon in the form of cylinder with spherical surface at one end and a pad in the form of spherical segment, contacting the puncheon along the said surface, with pad height exceeding radius of the moulded pipe bend.
EFFECT: improved quality of hollow parts with skew-angular pipe bends due to favourable scheme of stress-strain state in skew-angular pipe bend during its shaping.
