FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal deformation process, particularly to methods of shaping of hollow products from tubular billets. Method includes flattening of tubular billet up to giving to it of ellipse-shaping cross-section value of less axis of which do not exceed diametre of the less withdrawal of hollow part. It is implemented force action to the side surface of tubular billet with simultaneous application of internal pressure of filler. If necessary it is implemented calibration of side surface and withdrawal of finished hollow part. Shifted volume of filler during the force influence of side surface of tubular billet is directed into cavities. Cavities are implemented in filler in areas of tubular billet, distant from longitudinal axis of withdrawals for distances, more than radiuses of withdrawals of finished hollow part.
EFFECT: invention provides improving and cost saving of punched hollow parts with withdrawals ensured by removing of surplus volumes of filler.
