FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: abrasive head consists of working surface facing processed surface and of abrasive agent applied at least on central section of abrasive head and containing corresponding granules of abrasive material sputtered on internal side of abrasive head or bound to working surface with polymer of binding materials. Certain number of lugs projecting from the central section ensure cohesion with a support. The abrasive head is made at least partially from elastic deformed material corresponding to polyurethane.
EFFECT: optimal cohesion of head with support, increased efficiency and quality of processing and reduced clogging of grindstones.
