SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of abrasive processing and can be used in the manufacture of a vulcanised fibre abrasive tool. Tool comprises two vulcanized fibre grinding disks which are adhered to each other over the entire plane by means of an adhesive layer arranged between the vulcanised fibre grinding disks such that the vulcanised fibre grinding disk outer faces provided with the grinding means point away from each other.
EFFECT: avoiding the need to use a support disk and eliminating the danger of rupture of the disks, while providing sufficient elasticity and improving heat removal.
