SUBSTANCE: invention claims method of obtaining modified conjugated diene polymer, involving modification reaction of reactive end fragment of conjugated diene polymer with vinyl fragment content under 10% and cis-1,4-bond content over 75%, with alkoxysilane compound featuring at least one functional group selected out of epoxy, isocyanate and carboxylic groups, and reaction of alkoxysilane compound (residue) condensation in aqueous solution at pH within 9 to 14 and temperature of 85 to 180°C in the presence of titanium-containing compound as condensation promoter.

EFFECT: practically feasible method of modified conjugated diene polymer obtainment, enabling obtainment of polymer with excellent wear resistance and mechanical properties, with hardening and heat dissipation reduction effect on rubber composition.
