FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering, namely to heat exchangers and can be used in producing cooled structures with high specific heat flows. Method of producing cooling circuit for heat-stressed structures consists in using turning for fabricating inner and outer shells, making ribs on inner shell outer surface and jointing inner and outer shells together along ribs apices by, for example soldering to form cooling channels. In milling slots on inner shell outer surface, webs are made between ribs with outer outline mating that of shell and through axial channels are produced in said webs for feeding coolant. To increase shell stability, webs are made so that apices of two adjacent ribs are jointed together to produce common circular surface and webs are arranged at different distances from shell end faces. Through channels are made by electric erosion machining with subsequent electrochemical processing.
EFFECT: increased stability and strength of inner and outer shells.
