FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering, namely to heat exchange units, and can be used at designing of cooled structures with high specific heat flows. A manufacturing method of a cooling circuit of heat-stressed structures consists in fabrication of inner and outer shells by lathe machining, provision of ribs on external surface of the inner shell and further connection of inner and outer shells on tops of the ribs by soldering so that cooling passages are formed; at milling of slots on the external surface of the inner shell there remained between the ribs are connection straps the external profile of which corresponds to the profile of the shell; with that, through axial channels are made in the above connection straps for supply of a coolant. The method differs by the fact that groups of ribs with cooling passages at location of connection straps, which are made between the above groups of ribs on each side, are connected to each other by means of connection straps; with that, adjacent connection straps are located with an offset relative to each other by the value that is equal to width of a cooling passage at their location point; with that, width of connection straps is made as equal to width of the cooling passage at the location point of connection straps. Groups of ribs contain three ribs each.
EFFECT: designing of cooled structures with high specific heat flows.
