FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: internal and external shells are produced by turning. In process of turning of internal shell 1, slots 4 are milled on its outer surface to produce tabs 5 on fins formed by circular ledges 3. Tabs are bent in compliance with axial profile of formed cooling channel and inner profile of outer shell to provide for connection of two adjacent ribs tops or connection of tops of all ribs and formation of a single circular surface. Inner and outer shells are soldered along tops of ribs and along circular surfaces formed by tabs to create cooling channels.
EFFECT: improved strength of inner shell and increased strength of an item.
