FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to wind power engineering and can be used for the drive of various devices, as well as for generation of electric energy. WES includes the blades installed on the axes located parallel to rotor rotation axis and equipped with rotary drives of blade about its own axis, which provide their smooth one-half turn in opposite direction relative to direction of rotor rotation at its full turn about its axis; drives can be either mechanical and operating through mechanical linkage with the gear oriented in wind direction, or with sprockets on rotor axis, which are also oriented in wind direction and blocked as to the number of chains, or with electric drives of blade rotation about their axes; at that, electronic commands from wind vane wind sensors and wind metre, which are located on wind electric set, are supplied either to electric servo drive tuned to wind direction of central gear located on rotor axis, or blocked sprockets of mechanical drive, which are located on rotor axis, or to electric drives of blades rotation about their axes. WES can be equipped with the second similar set with rotor rotation direction to the side opposite to rotor of the first set.
EFFECT: increasing wind energy efficiency by eliminating pulsations of torque moment at its being used for the drive of fan, pump, screw propeller of the ship, electric generator as loading device.
