FIELD: power mechanisms.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind and water engines. Plant is designed to convert water or wind flow energy and comprises base 1, housing 2, rigidly sitting on base 1, shaft 3, blades 18 and 30, installed with the possibility of changing their position relative to the flow, a loading device, lever 28 with a roller, a main cam with projections and recesses for turning blades through 90° and back by means of lever 28 with roller. Plant is equipped with a blade platform, on the periphery of which in the housing of bearings located parallel to the axis of shaft 3, blades 18 and 30 are installed, operating simultaneously, a cam platform, rigidly installed on housing 2, on periphery of which main cam is installed. Part of blades 18 is made with possibility of operation on horizontal plane, and part of blades 30 — on vertical one. Lever 28 is rigidly mounted on axis 11 of blade 30.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the efficiency of the installation.
