FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power mechanisms, namely wind and water engines. The hydro-wind power plant, HWPP, is designed to convert the energy of the water flow of the HPP or the wind of the WPP and contains a base, a bushing rigidly sitting on it, in which a rack is rigidly installed for the HPP freely for the WPP. A housing is mounted on the rack on bearings, on which the sleeve is perpendicular to the axis of rotation. A disk with the main and additional cams mounted on it, located inside the case, is rigidly mounted on the rack. The rollers, together with the levers, are fixed on a rotary sleeve having grooves, with the possibility of rolling along the protrusions and depressions of the main cam, overcoming the efforts of the blade rotation lock by 90 degrees and vice versa, installing the blades perpendicular to the flow during the working phase and along the flow during the idle phase.
EFFECT: expansion of the possibility of using the installation, increasing the efficiency and ease of using the installation.
