FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises selecting for measurement of components of grass cover, establishment on each component of the grass cover of at least one test site, the definition on the cut sample of raw grass by weighing the mass of the sample. The phytocenosis structure in the form of grass cover is taken on a minor river with two arms downstream. The phytocenosis in the form of several flood plain meadows on two banks of the minor river is taken with different anthropogenic impact. Setting of the required accuracy of measurement of yield by weighing samples of raw grass on test sites is carried out according to the accepted size of test sites and measurement error on portable household scales. Determining of dependence of the yield on fresh weight of grass samples on the height of location of the meadow above the river edge is carried out predominantly on near-channel floodplains. The grass tiling on quality in every phytocenosis as a component of the total grass cover is taken as field parts the different anthropogenic impact. On each component-field part of grass cover the test site is established and the stick is pegged in its centre. Then a square frame is placed to form a centre of the site in the form of a stick. After that, the grass sample is cut at the test site, weighed near the test site with the definition of the raw mass of grass sample and the sample is thrown away. The operation of cutting and throwing away samples of raw grass is carried out on all test sites. Then, using a levelling unit the elevation changes are measured between the centres of the test sites in the form of sticks and the river edge along the perpendicular to the river bed. The accuracy of measurement of the height of the test site is set taking into account the river fall between the test sites along the river. After measuring the height of location of the test sites over the river edge and the weight of raw grass the dependence of the effect of the height of location of the flood plain meadows over the minor river edge on meadow grass yield is determined by statistical modelling with identification of the wave patterns of change in the yield of the test site wet from the height of location above the water edge.
EFFECT: this technology enables to expand the functional capabilities of the definition of dependence between the yields of meadow grass on the height of location the flood plain meadow over the minor river edge while simultaneous improvement of accuracy.
