FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to veterinary, particularly to veterinary examination. Method involves biosample derivation on the basis of phenylisothiocyanate solution in isopropyl alcohol, exposure to capillary zonal electrophoresis using work buffer based on β-cyclodextrin, detection of free amino acids subjected further to qualitative and quantitative analysis using water extraction of animal organs and tissues as biosample. Biosample is taken in advance into microcontainer in amount not exceeding 0.05 cm3 of fluid to which up to 0.1 cm3 of 0.1 M solution of sodium carbonate is added, stirred, and then at least 0.3 cm3 of phenylisotiocyanate solution in isopropyl alcohol is added and left to react for up to 40 minutes. After the content is dried in natural conditions, 0.5 cm3 or less of distilled water is added, stirred, poured into Eppendorf tube and centrifuged to remove gases and suspensions. Further the data of qualitative and quantitative analysis are compared to reference result of free amino acid concentration for clinically healthy animals, and product quality is determined. In case free acid concentration exceeds reference, killing products are considered contaminated with helminths.
EFFECT: fast and accurate determination of helminth contamination of killing products.
