SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the sphere of electrical engineering. Device comprises connected power part and system of monitoring and control, at the same time power part comprises the first, second and third contactors, the first and second converters of DC into AC on the basis of IGBT inverters, energy accumulator in the form of capacitor connected on DC side of specified converters, transformer unit connected to according terminals of contactors and by its input - to AC output of the first DC/AC converter, LC-filter connected at the AC output of the second DC/AC converter, and unit of protection and soft start, at the same time according input of the first contactor is connected to source of electric energy, and output of the third contactor is connected to load, and system of monitoring and control comprising the first, second and third current sensors, the first, second and third sensors of voltage, the first and second pulse-width modulation units connected to according units of power part additionally includes unit of digital processing, fourth voltage sensor, ADC unit, the first and second DAC units, control unit, besides unit of digital processing comprises the following components accordingly joined to each other and with other units of control and monitoring system and units of power part - the first and second units of digtial down conversion, unit of frequency detection, the first and second units of amplitude-phase detection, the first and second units of digital synthesis, solving device, the first and second units of digital correction.

EFFECT: provides for the possibility to stabilise grid frequency making it possible to set required frequency at the output of device, increased accuracy of voltage amplitude stabilisation with the possibility to set required amplitude, increased accuracy of current and reactive power distortions compensation, and also possibility to control quality of electric energy.
