FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device contains circular electric dipole (CED), source of three-phase voltage, transmitters and current controllers according to number of sections of feed lines - CED radial sections, control unit, metres of electrical and magnetic component of field. Current controllers are made according to scheme of high-frequency conversion with PWM. One output of transmitter load is connected to one end of radial section, and the other output of load is connected to the other end of radial section. Current measuring output of each transmitter is connected directly to input of current control of corresponding current controller. Controller input setting current is connected to corresponding output of control unit. Control outputs of control unit "current" and "polarity" are connected to corresponding control inputs of transmitters. Output "current" of control unit is connected to control input of ballast resistors unit, which power input is connected to controller power output. Controller feed output is connected to transmitter feed input which overload output is connected to input of controller emergency shutdown. Source of three-phase voltage is connected to current controllers connected in parallel by three-phase power.

EFFECT: enlarging range of explored depths, improving resolution capability, decreasing random noise of uncompensated field, increasing range and accuracy of measurement of field components.
