SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric engineering and may be used in systems for control of all-around looking antennas, in main drives of weight-lifting mechanisms and in equipment for development of loading torques in process of tracking systems testing. In converter of electric drive energy with generator braking power rectifier is arranged on the basis of diode-transistor switches. In order to provide for reliable operation of rectifier transistors under conditions of supply network voltage oscillations, circuit of transistor control pulses generation is applied, and phase and duration of pulses are identified by current values of supply network parametres. Besides controller is applied to adjust duration of transistor control pulses, which makes it possible to specify values of energy that supplies into network.

EFFECT: increased reliability of operation of energy converter during oscillation of supply network voltage.
