SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used to transmit over an up-link and allocate resources for cycles in packet switching mode. A network dedicates time intervals for transmitting pulse packets of a first radio unit on at least two different data packet transmission channels of an up-link and transmits the status flag of the up-link related to the mobile station for which the first radio unit was allocated on the first data packet transmission channel of the up-link, which is a first sub-period of the reference period of the up-link. The mobile station receives the up-link status flag, determines allocated resources for first radio unit transmission, where time characteristics of the position of the first sub-period are calculated taking into account that, the up-link status flag was received over the first data packet transmission channel of the up-link, and transmits the first radio unit using resources defined that way.
EFFECT: allocation of up-link transmission resources.
